My First Giveaway
Working towards becoming a full-time content creator, we all have large ambitions, whether that’s quitting your 9 to 5 or building a personal brand with a large following… Sometimes it’s even more important to focus on setting smaller goals to reach the large ones. Mine was to hit 10,000 followers on Instagram by the end of September. That was about a 4-month span, aiming to post 1 high-quality video every week. I can officially say I have done just that in a little over that time!
I didn’t plan on doing any sort of celebration post, but MEATER, whom I’ve worked with, reached out and asked if I would like to host a giveaway for my followers which included a MEATER Plus and BBQ/Oven Mitts valued over $150 CAD. I couldn’t pass on the opportunity to partner with one of the brands that trusted me from the beginning.

On October 8, 2023, I officially reached my goal of 10,000 followers. Next is 100,000 and beyond!
Before the website, I was posting all of my recipes on Instagram. Each recipe took about 2 to 4 hours to curate.
